The Missile Defense Agency’s Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract is a major contract vehicle with a ceiling of $151 billion, designed to enable the rapid delivery of mission-critical capabilities in support of national defense priorities.
Through SHIELD, PBG is eligible to compete for task orders across a broad range of work areas, including cybersecurity, information technology operations, engineering support, and other technical services that support missile defense and homeland security missions. The vehicle is structured to increase speed, agility, and flexibility in addressing complex and evolving threat environments.
